How do I book for two or more people?

If you are looking to book sessions for two or three people, simply book two or three back-to-back sessions (for example, a 9am and an 11am, or a 9am, 11am, and 1pm). If you would like to book sessions for more than three people, please reach out via email for scheduling availability.

Where are you located?

I am located at 745 N. Pleasantburg Dr Greenville, SC 29607. This is also Guest & Brady Law Firm's address, but my entrance is different than the main building's entrance. Upon booking, you will receive entrance & parking details.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I offer digital gift cards in almost any amount. Whether you’d like to cover part of a color analysis or gift a full session, gift cards are a wonderful way to support someone on their color journey.
E-gift cards will be emailed either to you or directly to the recipient. The email will include a 16-digit gift card code, which can be entered at checkout whenever the recipient is ready to book. If the gift card does not cover the full cost of the service, the remaining balance will automatically populate after the gift card has been applied.

Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Yes! If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me 48 hours prior to your appointment time to cancel. This ensures I have enough time to fill the canceled appointment. If you cancel or no-show your appointment after the 48 hour mark, your form of payment will still be charged. If you simply would like to reschedule your appointment, please contact me with a different day and time that works for you, and I will change your session details.

What happens during a color analysis session?

In a typical session, we’ll assess your undertones, test various color drapes against your skin, and determine your best palette. Depending on the package you choose, you can also learn which makeup shades and hair colors will look the best on you.​

If you’ve ever felt that certain clothes or makeup make you look tired, washed out, or just "off," a color analysis can help you understand why and what works better. If you work in a profession that requires you to look your best, color analysis can help you. Anyone can benefit from a color analysis session!

How long does a session take?

Most in-person sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes. If you choose a package that includes the Closet Clean Out or the Shopping Experience, times can vary.​

Do I need to wear makeup to my session?

No! In fact, I don't want you to wear any makeup at all. You should come with a clean, makeup-free face. This allows us to clearly see your natural coloring to ensure the most accurate results.​

Can I wear any type of clothing to my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Yes! I provide a white drape for you to lay over your clothing to eliminate any outside color, so wear whatever makes you most comfortable!​

Will I get a copy of my color palette?

Accepted Answer

Depending on what package you choose, you can receive a digital version of your personalized color palette, or upgrade to a physical copy.​ The digital color palette is also included as an individual store product if you decide you would like to purchase this after your analysis.

Your color analysis season will never change. However, significant changes like aging, hair color shifts, or medical treatments can affect how your colors interact with your natural features.​

Does having a tan change my color analysis results?

Accepted Answer

A tan — whether from the sun or a tanning product — is considered an overtone. While it can influence how certain colors appear on you, it doesn’t change your true undertone. If you’re thinking about booking a session, please avoid wearing a fake tan, as it can distort your results and make it more difficult to accurately determine your undertone.​​
