3. Orders, Payments, and Cancellations

Late Cancellation and No-Show Fees: If you cancel or attempt to reschedule your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice, or if you fail to attend the appointment (No-Show), your designated form of payment will be charged the full cost of the service. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Photo and Information Accuracy: For digital color analysis, you are responsible for providing high-quality, accurate, and unedited photographs and truthful information as requested in the intake form. Analysis results are highly dependent on the quality of the photos provided. We are not responsible for inaccurate results stemming from poor quality or misleading images/information.
License to Use Photos: By submitting photos for analysis, you grant Greenville Color Queen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display the submitted photos solely for the purpose of providing the color analysis service to you. Your photos will not be used for marketing or public display without your explicit written consent.
